Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a KYC Analyst to support client onboarding and account opening in a regulated financial services environment. You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding for institutional and corporate clients, collaborating with front-office and legal/compliance teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Business/Finance, at least two years in KYC or AML, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or related field.
• Min 2+ years of experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, AML or related operations.
• Client-facing or stakeholder management experience.
• Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding in financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for institutional and corporate clients.
• Partner with front-office teams to prioritise onboarding requests and timelines.
• Serve as a key contact for clients throughout onboarding.
• Drive documentation collection, review and account opening requirements.
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates on onboarding status and risks or delays.
• Escalate issues and identify solutions to improve onboarding efficiency.
