Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or related discipline is required.
• Min 2+ years of experience within KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Account Opening, or related operations functions.
• Previous experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity.
• Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding processes within financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for institutional and corporate clients
• Partner with front-office teams to prioritise onboarding requests and manage delivery timelines
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
• Drive documentation collection, review, and account opening requirements
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
• Provide timely updates on onboarding status and potential risks or delays
• Escalate issues proactively and identify solutions to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience
