V-BUNKERS TANKERS PTE. LTD.

is seeking an Operations professional responsible for on-board bunker cargo custody transfers, inventory, and compliance with maritime SS standards under the Operations Executive. The role requires coordinating loading/discharging nominations with the Master and Chief Officer, ensuring correct quantity/quality of bunkers, documenting all movements, and adhering to safety rules on board.

Qualifications

• Qualifications from a tertiary institution recognized by the Administration or a recognised organisation.
• Other formal education combined with at least 1-2 years experience in Bunker operation.

Responsibilities

• Report to duty Operations Executive and responsible for on board cargo custody transfers loading and discharging instruction from Operation Executive.
• Responsible for on board cargo inventory and any discrepancy report immediately to Operation Executive.
• Compliance with all SS 600, SS 524, SS 648 and statutory requirements and procedures on board.
• Disseminating all loading and delivery nomination information’s to the Master and the Chief Officer upon receiving instruction from Operation Executive.
• Ensuring that the bunker supply is correct quantity and quality as per given nomination.
• Responsible for updating office the relevant copies of delivered and loaded documents as and when return to shore.
• Responsible for all loading and delivery representative sealed samples are collected accordance to SS600 sampling requirements and procedures.
• To follow all Safety aspects and regulations on board the barge.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
