The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to translate requirements into webinar implementations, reviewing webinar requests, and providing hands-on support during client sessions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with leading webinar platforms.
• Fluent in Japanese in a business context.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer/service delivery experience.
• Excellent prioritization and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with team to confirm webinar feasibility and translate marketing requirements.
• Review and interpret webinar requests.
• Build registration pages via On24 and implement content.
• Troubleshoot content creation, personalization, and URL issues.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role.
• Manage client and team expectations and flag risks.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
