Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and client teams to configure audiences, manage content, and troubleshoot issues across platforms. The role requires strong communication in a fast-paced environment and a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency required for business contexts.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience across campaigns or agencies.
• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with leading marketing automation vendors (Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo, SFMC, Responsys).
• Knowledge of email legal compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements and status.

Responsibilities

• Campaign orchestration (automation configuration and campaign coordination).
• Collaborate to translate marketing requirements into campaign specs.
• Review and interpretation of campaign requests.
• Configure target audiences through segmentation models.
• Troubleshoot content, personalization, and URL issues.
• Build On24 webinar registration pages and support sessions.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role.
• Manage client and team expectations; flag risks and escalations.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
