Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee marketing campaigns, from automation configuration to cross‑functional coordination with marketing, product and client teams.

You will review campaign requests, translate requirements into actionable plans, configure target audiences, troubleshoot content and URL issues, and build On24 registration pages for webinars. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Trade Finance delivery and a strong end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Trade Finance delivery experience.
• Strong end-to-end delivery and implementation background.

Responsibilities

• Campaign orchestration including automation configuration and marketing campaigns coordination.
• Translate marketing strategy into business requirements with cross-team collaboration.
• Review and interpret campaign requests and configure target audiences via segmentation models.
• Troubleshoot content creation, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues.
• Build registration pages via On24 for webinars and coordinate with webinar owners.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role to enable sessions.
• Manage client and team expectations; flag risks and escalate issues related to campaigns.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
