Job summary

The role requires 2–4 years in marketing, fluent Japanese, and experience with major webinar platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, including campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, or marketing operations.
• Fluent/native Japanese language proficiency with business-level communication.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with leading webinar platforms such as On24, Zoom Webinars, Webex Webinars, GoToWebinar, or Adobe Connect.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate project requirements and status and interface with teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities and high project volume.
• Client service delivery experience.
• Prioritization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to confirm webinar feasibility and translate marketing strategy and requirements into business requirements.
• Review and interpret webinar requests.
• Build registration pages via On24 for webinars, collaborating with webinar owners to receive and implement content.
• Troubleshoot webinar content creation, personalization, and URL issues.
• Attend client webinars in a background support role to enable the sessions.
• Manage client and team expectations throughout delivery; flag risks and escape issues related to the webinars.
• Collaborate with platform integrations.
