Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, wellness, health coaching, nutrition, Beauty or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building rapport with diverse individuals.
• Certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Guest Navigation: Lead guests through their wellness journey, tailoring the experience to their individual needs, preferences, and health goals.
• Expertise in Wellness Therapies: help guests choose treatments, set up, educate about the process, and answer questions.
• Active Presence: stay with guest during session or at start/end to ensure comfort.
• Post-Session Engagement: discuss additional services and guide back to lounge area.
• Education and Tours: provide tours of facilities and wellness plans.
• Teaching Opportunities: offer classes on wellness, nutrition, and health with approval from management.
