- Strong in consultation & package / membership sales
- Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
- Comfortable handling high-value / discerning clients
- Highly service-oriented with strong client engagement
- Driven by commission and performance
- Fluent in spoken English
- Well-groomed, polished and presentable
- Experience in wellness / beauty / package sales preferred
- Singaporean / PR preferred
- Shift: 10am – 7pm / 11am – 8pm
- 8 off days per month
- Premium environment (not a typical salon)
- High-value clients = easier sales conversion
- Strong earning potential for performers
