Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Civil/Structural Inspector to supervise construction works, ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations, and coordinate with contractors on roads, buildings, and infrastructure projects.

You will read and interpret structural and M&E drawings, prepare inspection reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. This role requires collaboration with consultants, contractors, and QPs to resolve technical issues in a dynamic Singapore work site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of civil/structural project experience.
• Proficient in preparing site inspection reports and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Represent clients, inspect materials/workmanship, and coordinate with contractors for projects like roads, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high construction quality, often using specialized inspection equipment.
• Ensure contractors follow regulations set by authorities such as LTA, PUB, NEA, and BCA.
• Maintain detailed records, including daily reports, site photos, and technical reports for clients.
• Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, and Qualified Persons (QPs) to resolve technical issues.
