Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate steel structure installation and erection works.
• Personally carry out hands-on steel structure installation and erection works when required.
• Read and understand steel structure drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure steel structures are installed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, site engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety.
• Identify and resolve installation issues and site problems.
• Prepare and provide regular updates on work progress to the project management team.
