Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is looking for a Service Engineer in Singapore. In this role, you will provide customer support, perform installations, and conduct preventive maintenance on our products.

The ideal candidate will possess a NITEC or Diploma in Engineering and have excellent customer service and communication skills. We offer a supportive team environment and various employee benefits including health insurance and company transport.

Qualifications

• Good level of customer service experience.
• Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual), will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our Company’s products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.
• Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.
• Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.
• Handle all essential resources, materials and equipment for effective and efficient delivery.
