Qualifications

Experience as a service engineer or on-site technician.
Familiar with Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Willingness to travel to client sites and work in Jurong.

Responsibilities

Attend site commissioning with customers and contractors.
Conduct end-user training for Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Inspect and verify installations to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
Confirm systems meet quotation/work order specifications and prepare commissioning reports.
Respond to service calls, troubleshoot, and repair system issues on-site.
Diagnose and test faulty equipment and provide technical support to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for parts replacement or escalation.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
