Job summary

SERVICEBUILD CONSTRUCTION & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is seeking a capable on-site coordinator to support daily project operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors and the head office, reviewing drawings in AutoCAD, and ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

You will assist the Project Manager with PTW documentation, field activities, and reporting. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Singapore

Qualifications

• Experience in site coordination or project support.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing site drawings.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational, logistics and inventory activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with daily on-site operations.
• Prepare and coordinate Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
• Review AutoCAD drawings against site conditions and coordinate revisions.
• Coordinate M&E site activities, system tie-ins, and T&C procedures with consultants.
• Prepare daily work reports, photos/videos, and progress summaries for clients.
• Support quality assurance and safety compliance across site activities.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory to support project delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients, subcontractors and head office.
• Manage procurement of company products and monitor purchasing requirements.
• Oversee inventory and maintain records of materials and supplies.
• Provide training, guidance and operational support to frontline staff.
• Manage client follow-ups and collect feedback for service improvement.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
