Job summary

H PLUS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations / Facilities Executive (Cleaning & FM) in Singapore.

You will manage multiple cleaning sites, supervise frontline workers, and communicate with clients to resolve issues quickly. This hands-on role requires on-site presence and quick decision-making. You will report to management, handling manpower attendance, site inspections, and participation in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations
• Able to work on-site and not just from office
• Comfortable handling frontline workers
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Responsive on WhatsApp and able to act fast

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cleaning sites across Singapore
• Ensure manpower attendance and arrange replacements when needed
• Handle client communication and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct site inspections and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with cleaners, supervisors, and management
• Solve day-to-day operational problems without escalation
