Job summary

Asiacloud Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team and support on-site at customer premises in Singapore. You will monitor, troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers and Wi-Fi, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

The role suits candidates with 1–3 years of network support experience and a Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT or related discipline, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in IT or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in network support or IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DNS and DHCP.
• Able to work independently at customer premises and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily network support and administration of switches, routers and related infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and connectivity to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents, service requests and approved changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
