Job summary

Qualifications
- 3–7 years of network engineering experience.
- Cisco routing and switching experience.
- Enterprise wireless support and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Ability to perform hands-on network support activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise networking operations across Singapore locations
- Provide onsite support for network incidents and user issues
- Perform routing, switching, and wireless troubleshooting
- Support network deployments, upgrades, and equipment installations
- Collaborate with global engineering teams on escalations
