This role interfaces with customers and internal teams, requiring attention to detail as you handle booking, sorting, labeling, and release of cargo, monitor tasks, and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site logistics and operational duties at customer locations.
• Handle booking, sorting, labelling, and release of cargo.
• Coordinate cargo collection and delivery arrangements with transporters.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support physical warehouse and logistics activities.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure operations are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
