Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking an on-site IT Support professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day tickets, endpoints provisioning, and SLA-driven resolutions. You will be the local point for hardware, accounts, software, and conferencing-room issues, coordinating with HQ as needed.

The role emphasizes network troubleshooting, security policy execution, incident response, and cloud collaboration. Fluency in English, a service mindset, and basic scripting skills are essential, with after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in IT on-site support/operations.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT on-site support/operations.
• Proficient in Windows/macOS/Linux; strong networking fundamentals; experience with SCCM/Intune/GPO/MDM; SSO/MFA/VPN/Zero-trust familiarity.
• Ability to execute security compliance policies and triage incidents; basic automation skills (Shell/PowerShell/Python).

Responsibilities

• On-site IT support: Manage day-to-day IT tickets (endpoints, accounts, software, network, conference rooms/AV).
• Network troubleshooting: Serve as the on-site first responder for local network issues; diagnose and coordinate with Tier 2/HQ.
• Infrastructure operations: Perform physical maintenance (rack-and-stack, inspection, RMA) for local gear.
• Security policy execution: Implement HQ-issued security policies (EDR/AV, network access, MFA).
• Security incident response: Local first responder for security incidents; support investigation, isolation, remediation.
• Cloud & Collaboration: Assist with cloud resource operations; collaborate with HQ teams while maintaining local discipline.
• Standby Duty: Participation in scheduled after-hours standby and emergency response.
