Job summary

Cartrack is seeking an on-site technical support specialist in Singapore. You will install, configure and maintain client systems, learn our product suite, and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues at client sites.

The role involves working closely with engineering and support teams, providing clear client communications, and traveling to client locations as needed. Prior IoT and telematics exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients and ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Learn and become proficient in company products, systems, software and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, hardware and software.
