Job summary

Lee Hung Test Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable On-Site Technician to join the service team as a Delivery Driver cum Field Support.

The role focuses on collection, delivery, and on-site servicing of instruments, with occasional support for installation, commissioning, and in-house assembly. You will perform on-site evaluations, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs, while coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in field service is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn equipment mechanics and operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection and delivery of instruments to and from customer sites.
• Conduct on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of equipment per procedures.
• Provide installation and commissioning support for instruments when required.
• Assist with in-house assembly of instrument parts in the laboratory.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service.
• Ensure proper handling, care, and documentation of equipment during transport and servicing.
• Comply with workplace safety and risk assessment procedures.
