Job summary

Leidos is seeking an onsite service technician to respond to equipment faults within 10 minutes, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues at our Changi location. The role requires a NITEC/Higher NITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering and a Class 3 driving license as an advantage.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with good communication and customer service skills, and willing to work in hot, humid

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to read Schematics for troubleshooting is a plus.
• Good computer and basic network knowledge.
• Team player who can work independently in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entry level candidates are welcome.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• Willing to work in dirty, hot and humid environments onsite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment faults onsite within 10 minutes of notification.
• Update Team Leader for major faults per SOP.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per checklist and schedule.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor equipment faults.
• Comply with safety regs and Leidos WSH policies.
• Provide completed service reports to the Service Manager.
• Perform daily admin tasks and update logs and CRM entries.
• Assist logistics on inventory matters and ad-hoc tasks.
