Job summary

Faber Garden Condominium (MCST 1047) is seeking a Part Time Property Executive to be deployed on site, ensuring smooth daily operations of estate equipment and facilities. The technician is employed directly under the MCST of the condominium.

Responsibilities include assisting the Condominium Manager with daily operations, repairing and maintaining lights and facilities, conducting inspections, addressing resident feedback, and carrying out management-directed tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach and ability to communicate with residents.
• Able to operate basic computer and email tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Condominium Manager in daily operations of equipment and facilities.
• Repair, replace and maintain lights and other facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting and preventive/corrective actions for smooth operations.
• Attend to resident feedback and take remedial actions or advise the Condominium Manager.
• Perform assignments as directed by the Management.
• Collaborate with the Condo Manager to achieve site team goals.
