Job summary

WAN RONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, manage construction teams, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with engineers, architects, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The candidate will enforce safety regulations, monitor material and equipment, and prepare regular progress reports for upper management.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Management: manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site; assign tasks and enforce safety procedures.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety standards; ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Quality Control: inspect completed work to meet specifications; coordinate corrective actions.
• Material and Equipment Management: monitor use, delivery, and storage of materials and tools.
• Problem Solving: resolve on-site issues, delays, resource shortages, or design conflicts; liaise with engineers and clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
