Job summary

ELLDAMS Construction and Transportation PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Worker Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage construction workers, and ensure safety and quality.

You will coordinate tasks with project managers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and report to management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, on-site supervision experience, and the ability to read basic drawings; willingness to work on site is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow project instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience supervising foreign workers is an advantage.

Responsibilities
