Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of civil/construction project experience.
• Site-based project management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, overnight and support 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage project execution from initiation through completion.
• Develop and implement work plans covering resources and schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and authority requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies, stakeholders, and members of the public to facilitate project execution.
• Maintain documentation including progress reports and work records.
• Implement and monitor systems for identification, tracking, and verification of exhumed remains.
• Ensure all works consider cultural and religious sensitivities.
• Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
