Job summary

ALLIANCE BUILDER PTE. LTD is seeking a capable Project Manager - Civil to lead on-site construction efforts in Singapore. You will coordinate field teams, ensure safe and compliant execution, and manage timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of site experience, and proven leadership. You will review requisitions, liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities, and drive quality and cost control on daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant site construction experience.
• Manager-level with specialization in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Committed, responsible and able to take ownership.
• Strong leadership, coaching and organizing abilities.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in leading site construction teams for smooth execution.
• Schedule and plan ahead to prevent cost, schedule, or quality impacts.
• Review equipment and materials requisitions.
• Manage correspondence and documentation with client representatives and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day site management, including supervising labour and subcontractors.
• Liaise with authorities, client’s representatives, subcontractors and consultants.
• Ensure plans and works comply with specifications and drawings.
• Resolve technical difficulties on site.
