A global software company that specialises in collections and recovery solutions for the banking industry is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to be on-site at a banking client. You will help deliver application implementation, integration and data migration projects, keeping activities on track and coordinating teams across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles.
• Experience delivering technical projects involving Java, Spring Boot, SQL, ETL, data migration.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and enterprise deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• Act as main point of contact between banking client's stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure and vendor teams across locations.
• Track project progress, dependencies, action items and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalate critical matters.
• Support system implementation, integration, testing, deployment and migration activities.
• Run project meetings, prepare status reports, maintain project documentation and governance.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline and quality expectations.
