Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Project Manager in Singapore for a 12-month extendable contract to lead delivery governance across multi-team technology initiatives.

You will plan milestones, manage resources and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. The role requires workshops, requirements engineering, RAID management and cross-team coordination in a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology change in complex multi-team programmes.
• Strong integration/interface coordination experience.
• Excellent governance discipline: planning, dependency management, RAID, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Requirements engineering: workshop facilitation, story writing, process mapping, traceability, UAT/SIT support.
• Comfortable in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong written communication for crisp packs, minutes, decisions and actions logs.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance for your workstream(s): plan, schedule, milestones, resourcing, budget inputs and reporting.
• Partner with Business, Ops, Risk/Compliance and Technology stakeholders to shape scope, outcomes and success metrics.
• Analyze and document requirements, epics/features/user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops (discovery, process mapping, prioritisation, RAID/decisioning) ensuring traceability from requirements to testing.
• Support solution shaping with architects/engineers to ensure feasibility and testability.
• Manage backlog quality: prioritisation support, dependency mapping, change control and sign-off.
• Drive delivery cadence: stand-ups, checkpoints, and programme governance routines.
• Manage RAID proactively: risks, issues, mitigations, and options with recommendations.
• Act as single point of contact for system interfaces/integrations within scope.
• Coordinate SIT/E2E testing strategy and readiness sign-offs with interface owners.
• Manage interface change impacts (versioning, backward compatibility) and cross-team communications.

• Work with Tech PMO, Product Owners, Engineering leads, Architects, QA/Test leads, Release/Environment teams, Business SMEs, Operations, Change/Training, Service Management, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity/InfoSec, Data/Privacy (as required), Third parties/vendors (where applicable)

Required experience & skills

• Proven experience delivering technology change as aBusiness Analyst and/or Project Managerwithin complex, multi-team programmes.
• Strong integration/interface coordination experience
• Excellent governance discipline: planning, dependency management, RAID, stakeholder management and clear reporting.
• Requirements engineering skills: workshop facilitation, story writing, process mapping, traceability, and UAT/SITsupport.
• Comfortable operating in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong written communication—able to create crisp packs, minutes, decisions and action logs.

Desirable

• Financial services/banking delivery experience(regulated environment, auditability, operational resilience mindset).
• Familiarity with service transition, productionreadiness, incident/problem management concepts.
• Experience working with distributed teams acrossregions/time zones.
