A-IT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to represent our company on-site at a banking client in Singapore.

You will help deliver application implementation, integration and data migration projects, keep activities on track, and coordinate teams across multiple locations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role suits a project coordinator or junior PM with a technical background who thrives in enterprise projects.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Experience delivering technical projects involving Java, Spring Boot, SQL, ETL or data migration.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with cloud-based applications and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines.
Act as the main point of contact between the banking client's stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure and vendor teams across multiple locations.
Track project progress, dependencies, action items and key deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, elevate critical matters, and resolve them before they affect timelines.
Support system implementation, integration, testing, deployment and migration activities.
Run project meetings, prepare status reports, maintain project documentation and follow project governance standards.
Make sure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline and quality expectations.
