Job summary

ReN3 is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge the core product and production deployment within a client's environment, including air-gapped infrastructure with no outbound internet. You will own complex integrations, troubleshoot live deployments, and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work directly with client teams on-site, solving real-world problems, and guiding solutions from design through deployment in demanding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of AI and software engineering experience.
Strong backend skills in Node.js or Python and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and operate ReN3's platform inside client environments including air-gapped setups.
Build and maintain backend services that integrate with client systems and data sources.
Design and troubleshoot event-driven, microservices-based integrations with queues and pub/sub patterns.
On-site collaboration with client IT teams to gather requirements and iterate fixes in near real time.
Feed field learnings back into the core product roadmap.
Maintain security and compliance discipline for sovereign deployments.
