Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN gateways and other network devices.
• Perform day-to-day network and security operations including monitoring and management.
• Respond to incidents according to severity levels and meet SLA requirements.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration records and incident reports.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers; participate in transition planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security guidelines; provide ongoing training.
