Qualifikationen

• No strict fine-dining experience required; passion for hospitality matters most.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Japanese food, sushi or sake is a plus.
• Bubbly, proactive personality with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and explain our casual omakase concept.
• Deliver and present sushi, sashimi and warm dishes to guests with pace.
• Introduce guests to our casual selection of sakes, beers, and teas.
• Note guest allergies or aversions and relay to kitchen accurately.
• Keep counter and dining floor clean and prepare stations for next seating.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests warmly, explain our casual omakase concept, and keep the dining counter energetic, friendly, and fun.
• Deliver and introduce beautiful sushi, sashimi, and warm dishes straight from the chefs to the guests, ensuring smooth table pacing
• Introduce guests to our casual selection of sakes, beers, teas and other beverages.
• Take note of guest food aversions or allergies and relay them accurately to the kitchen crew
• Keep the counter and dining floor clean, clear plates efficiently, and prepare stations for the next seating.

Who We Are Looking For
