Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, explain our casual omakase concept, and keep the dining counter energetic, friendly, and fun.
• Deliver and introduce sushi, sashimi, and warm dishes from the chefs to guests, ensuring smooth table pacing
• Introduce guests to casual selection of sakes, beers, teas and other beverages.
• Take note of guest food aversions or allergies and relay them accurately to the kitchen crew
• Keep the counter and dining floor clean, clear plates efficiently, and prepare stations for the next seating.
