Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and executing physical energy trading contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize physical trading contracts across oil and gas portfolio.
• Draft and issue contract documentation, evaluate counterparty proposals.
• Manage trade database records and maintain contract repositories.
• Provide ad-hoc contractual support including reviewing master agreements, off-take and storage contracts.
