Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Singapore is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyse standard conflicts reports for incoming attorneys and new client business. You will update data in conflicts databases and collaborate with attorneys and staff across a hybrid in-office schedule.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, professional interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and experience in a law firm or professional services environment; familiarity with Intapp

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated work experience involving professional interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services firm, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise conflict check reports using the conflicts database for attorneys, analysts and staff.
• Analyse standard new business and lateral conflicts checks such as advisory, NDAs and transactional checks.
• Communicate results and request missing information from the requester.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or Conflicts staff to understand requirements for evaluation.
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using databases and the Internet.
