OMEGA 365 SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer for Marine & Offshore projects in Singapore. You will assist the Project Manager with tendering, reviews, vendor sourcing, and cost estimation, and support project execution, contract reviews, and client communications.

The role requires an engineering background, at least 3 years in marine/oil & gas sectors, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6 is a plus. Offshore travel may be required.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma, naval/marine preferred.
Minimum 3 years in marine/oil & gas sectors; offshore exp is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
Knowledge of IACS rules (ABS/DNV) is advantageous.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6 is a bonus.
Willing to travel and undertake offshore assignments.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in tendering: reviews, vendor sourcing, cost estimation, scheduling, and docs.
Support project execution: contract reviews, vendor selection, cost evaluation, client queries.
Prepare clarifications and coordinate mobilization, execution, and implementation.
Plan corrective actions to meet technical and quality requirements.
Coordinate FATs and as-built documentation preparation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
