Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer to support tendering and project execution for marine/offshore projects.

The role covers technical reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation, with emphasis on compliance and project mobilization. The successful candidate will coordinate with project managers, vendors and clients, travel offshore as needed, and work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Office: Pandan Road Singapore (Clementi).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or marine-related.
• At least 3 years in marine or Oil & Gas with offshore construction experience.
• Familiar with offshore works, steel structures, winch, crane and zone rated application.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system.
• Familiar with IACS rules (ABS/DNV) offshore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6.
• Willing to travel and work offshore.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, project scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation preparation.
• Overseeing project execution: contract review, vendor selection, cost evaluation, client technical queries, mobilization, execution and finalization of as-built documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned
