Aibel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Structural MTO/Quantity Estimator to prepare take-offs for FPSO topsides and offshore structures. You will extract quantities from AVEVA E3D models and drawings, validate data against project standards, and support procurement with bulk quantities and supplier clarifications.

The role requires 2–6 years of relevant experience, familiarity with offshore structural standards, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 2–6 years of relevant structural material take-off / quantity estimation experience in oil and gas projects.
• Minimum 1 year upstream offshore oil and gas project experience with FPSO topsides MTO.
• Experience extracting quantities from 3D models and drawings.
• Awareness of applicable structural material standards for offshore structures.
• Experience in structural bulk procurement activities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare structural Material Take-Offs (MTO) for FPSO topsides and offshore structures.
• Extract and compile quantities from AVEVA E3D models and drawings; prepare estimates for unmodelled items.
• Check material descriptions, dimensions, quantities, weights, grades and wastage factors.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to resolve omissions between models, drawings and MTO database.
• Prepare bulk quantities for requisitions, bids, and supplier clarifications.
• Assist with reconciliation of MTOs against POs, fabrication, and as-built data.
• Maintain traceable MTO records and revision histories.
• Adhere to MTO procedures and company quality policies.
• Develop competence in MTO methods, Excel data handling, and 3D model quantity extraction.
• Report to and support supervisor on assigned projects.
