Job summary

AIBEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Structural MTO professional to prepare material take-offs for FPSO topsides and offshore structures. You will extract quantities from AVEVA E3D models and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project standards.

You will also check descriptions, weights, and allowances, coordinate with structural engineers, and assist with reconciliations and requisitions. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Excel and data handling skills required.
• Familiarity with structural MTO concepts and quantity estimation.
• Experience with 3D models and drawings for quantity extraction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MTOs for FPSO topsides and offshore structures under guidance.
• Extract and compile quantities from AVEVA E3D models and drawings.
• Check descriptions, dimensions, weights, and wastage factors per MTO procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers to fix discrepancies between models and MTO database.
• Prepare bulk quantities for material requisitions and supplier clarifications.
• Reconcile MTOs with POs, fabrication needs, and as-built data.
