Responsibilities

• Support strategic plans to enhance portfolio income.
• Establish long-term relationships to maximize occupancy and yield.
• Achieve competitive rent and lease terms in securing/renewing tenants.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and ensure timely rental payments and handling feedback/queries.
• Coordinate with shareholders representatives and consultants (lawyers, QP, surveyors).
