Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence professional to embed The Maersk Way across Ocean Operations by driving continuous improvement, eliminating waste in processes, and anchoring new ways of working through the Maersk Operating System (MOS).

You will share best practices across regions, translate improvement opportunities into measurable results, coach teams in Kaizen, problem solving, and visual management, and use data-driven insights to enhance daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive change.
• Continuous Improvement experience; Black Belt certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and embed The Maersk Way across Ocean Operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to Ocean Operations priorities.
• Work with regional and global Operational Excellence teams to implement agreed initiatives through the MOS.
• Identify, solve, and sustainably eliminate operational inefficiencies and process waste.
• Ensure improvement findings and best practices are shared across areas and regions.
