Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the L&D strategy and capability roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Identify capability gaps and translate priorities into development plans.
• Lead deployment of capability programmes across leadership levels.
• Embed capability into onboarding, performance routines and ways of working.
• Partner with Operations leaders and People teams to sustain capability frameworks.
• Measure capability maturity, behaviour change, and return on investment.
