Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Regional Head of MPL Operations – APA to drive the regional operational agenda, lead transformation, and standardise ways of working across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with Area leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes for customers.

You will lead multi-country teams, manage governance, and champion data-driven decisions while building an agile, future-ready operations organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project logistics, heavy-lift, breakbulk, industrial projects, or complex supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational agenda for MPL Operations across APA.
• Deliver regional KPIs, improvements, and governance across markets.
• Drive standardisation, processes, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach a capable operations organisation with succession planning.
• Build strong partnerships across Global Operations, Commercial, Product, Finance and QHSE.
