Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in Ocean freight forwarding or Contract Logistics in Singapore.

You will focus on expanding the customer base while promoting retention, cross-selling and upselling with existing clients. The role requires more than 5 years in logistics/ocean freight, a proven track record in new business development, and a strong understanding of the broader logistics landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• More than 5 years' experience in logistics/Ocean freight business.
• Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account.
• Candidate with experiences working in a Global/ Top forwarding company will be viewed favorably.
• Knowledge in overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse) is a plus.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• To identify and develop new business opportunities with focus in Ocean freight forwarding or Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution, etc.).
• Promote existing customers' retention, cross selling and upselling
• Work with Pricing team on Ocean freight in order to secure competitive rate and space with carrier
