Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Freight Forwarding Specialist to support export shipments from Singapore. You will handle documentation, bookings and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

The role requires at least 1 year in freight forwarding and proficiency with MS Office. Workdays are Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm, with a salary up to SGD 4,200 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge of ocean export and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle export shipments & update system (CW1)
• Prepare & verify shipping docs (HBL, permits, DG)
• Coordinate bookings, shipments & stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procedures & timelines
• Manage invoicing, billing & disputes
• Handle shipment issues, claims & follow-ups
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
