STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a clinical caseload and support palliative rehabilitation across care settings in Singapore. The role requires prior hospital or community setting experience and registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.

Working days are Mon to Thurs, 8:00–17:30, and Fri 8:00–17:00, near Marymount MRT with MRT transport provided.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must be fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council.
• Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical caseload and support palliative rehabilitation practice (e.g. breathlessness management, prescription of equipment, collaborative goal setting) across the various care settings.
• Deliver evidence-based individualised care through holistic comprehensive assessment, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues to meet patient needs.
• Participate in service review to drive service improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of adherence to relevant clinical guidelines.
• Be a resource and support to other team members and community professionals.
• Take initiative in pursuing life-long learning and personal development through reflective practice and engage actively with learning and development opportunities.
• Supervise and assign appropriate treatment plans to therapy assistants.
• Maintain high quality patient documentation and records.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation at all times.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Must be fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council
• At least 4 years of occupational therapy work experience in an acute hospital setting or community setting
• Bilingual and ability to communicate in local dialects preferred

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: Mon to Thurs (8am to 530pm), Fri ends at 5pm
• Location: Near Marymount MRT (Transport provided at MRT)
• Up to S$6.8K Basic+allowances+bonuses!
