The role requires a Nursing degree with post-basic/advanced diploma, SNB registration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education or Clinical Education, a valid BCLS,
Qualifications
- Nursing degree with Post Basic/Advanced Diploma and SNB registration.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education or Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education.
- Valid BCLS certification.
- 10+ years of nursing experience with at least 2 years as Senior Nurse Educator.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing education and training administration and supervision.
- Lead hospital-wide educational programmes and communicate with units on practices and staff development.
- Develop, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing-related programmes and activities.
- Ensure audit and regulatory compliance and maintain training records.
