Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish optimal clinical learning environment for nursing staff and students.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate preceptorship schemes.
• Coordinate and organize unit-based and discipline-based training courses.
• Ensure orientation and continuing education align with MOH requirements.
