Woodlands Hospital, a next-generation healthcare system in Singapore, seeks an Assistant Nurse Clinician to deliver high-quality patient care and support nursing excellence within the department.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated and person-centred care across the patient journey, mentor junior staff, and lead quality and patient safety initiatives while upholding evidence-based practice.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing is required and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is essential.
• Minimum 7–10 years of clinical nursing experience and demonstrated leadership in clinical initiatives.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Function as primary nurse for patients with complex care needs and manage holistic nursing care.
• Identify at-risk patients and coordinate follow-up after discharge.
• Lead nursing rounds and mentor junior nurses to support competency development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home or community settings.
• Promote evidence-based practice and lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
